Typical communication services we have deployed & managed:

• Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) – private wide-area network used for privately connecting multiple office location.
• Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) protected circuits – automatic failover and DNS management
• Software defined network (SDN) – greater flexibility while centralising management but requires appropriate equipment and ISP services.
• Microsoft ExpressRoute – private circuits to directly connect your Internet connection into the Microsoft cloud to reduce latency and improve security
• Internet Leased Line – standard internet connection
• Ethernet First-Mile (EFM) – Internet over Ethernet (often cheaper than leased lines but local POP needs facility)
• Quality of Service (QoS) – Prioritising protocols to improve user experience (often used for telephony & video)
• Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANS) – Providing additional private LANs over existing infrastructure
• Redundancy / Fail-over – Improving resilience of circuits
• Site-site VPN (over leased-line or Internet) – private/encrypted point-to-point connection often between two offices or office and data-center.
