As part of an IT Service Transition process, Wavex work with the customer to agree a defined patching schedule this normally occurs out of hours on a monthly basis. All windows devices are patched for Security and critical updates, a thorough testing plan is defined with the customer so we can ensure that all services are fully operational post patching.

Our recommendation with patching devices such as Switches & firewalls is that Wavex work with the device manufacture to ensure devices are patched to the Vendors recommended patch version.

With intuitive solutions like Skype for Business and Teams, meetings are easier to start on time, and the meetings themselves are more effective with the ability to easily share documents and screens and to see each other “face-to-face.”
