1,000 trees planted and counting! Wavex is determined to have a positive impact on our environment
Wavex has always been committed to minimising the impact our business has on the environment and in 2022 we’ve made a commitment to becoming carbon neutral, having a positive effect on climate change.
We're proud to announce we’ve partnered with Ecologi, a platform for real climate action. Each month we will be supporting a range of carbon offset projects which have been certified by Gold Standard to verifiably remove CO2e, and which are also in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
As part of this initiative, we will also be supporting responsible reforestation projects that will not only help remove CO2e for years to come, but also support the surrounding ecosystem and help restore the wildlife habitat.
So far, we've planted more than 1,000 trees and have offset almost 80 tons of CO2e, and we look forward to adding to this every single month.
