Wavex Technology originates from Soho where we first began our journey as a managed IT services provider in London, in 1998. As the company grew, so did our reputation, and the need for bigger premises. Despite our recent change of location to 70 Wilson Street and our expanding workforce, our ethos remains the same – to provide a superb level of excellence to enhance your business with innovative IT support solutions and exemplary customer service.

Gavin Russell, CEO
Gavin is the founder of Wavex and the Company CEO. Having a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and a background in software development, he has built the business into a leading IT support provider. In doing so, the firm has won a number of notable industry awards; Growing Business Award, Top 100 Companies to Work For, European IT Excellence Award and Outstanding Company Award to name a few.
He has led the development of many of the systems and methodologies that are used by Wavex and their clients today, including the latest service product, Apex®. In his role as the CEO and the member of the Executive Management Team, he focuses on the strategic development and growth of the business.

Andrea Haywood, Finance and Commercial Director
Andrea joined Wavex in 2015 as Finance Director and Company Secretary. She is a CIMA qualified accountant and holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering. Andrea is responsible for driving excellence and value from internal support functions and focuses on working with the board on their strategy and growth plans. Her background is in IT services and engineering consulting, more recently focusing on high growth SMEs.

Peter Earl, Head of Operations
Peter joined Wavex in 2018, although he has been associated with the company since 2014 as a Consultant. With a long established background as a FTSE100 CIO and independent consultant, Peter brings over 30 years’ of technology, strategy and senior stakeholder experience, and is focusing on the Operations function to deliver exceptional client experience of our products and services.

Ryan Hudson, IT Service Manager
ITIL qualified, Ryan has joined the Wavex team in January 2019. He started his career with the Company as a Service Desk Team Lead and rapidly progressed to take on the IT Service Manager position. Today, he is responsible for driving and delivering service excellence by maximising the performance of the service teams. He also drives the improvements in the quality of service delivered by Wavex to its clients.
