I joined Wavex in 2015, to partner the business stakeholders in the delivery of growth targets and best talent for their teams. What attracted me to Wavex was that from day one, I have been given the opportunity to take ownership and drive things through, to improve practices and quality within my area of expertise. But I also liked the promise of the training opportunities that Wavex have to offer. The company has sponsored my personal development within the wider HR discipline and today, I proudly hold a CIPD professional qualification. For me, working for a smaller company means far more opportunities to understand and work closer with all staff, managers, Directors and more hands-on experience /exposure to the complex business matters.
