Ryan, the Service Desk Team Lead at Wavex joined in 2016 as a 1st Line Support Engineer. During his time at Wavex he has progressed through the levels of support (1st - 3rd line) and also worked within the Professional Services Team as a Delivery Engineer to deliver projects on time and in budget to Wavex's customers. With a Service-Oriented mindset, Ryan is keen to ensure Wavex's support offering is always second to none, by using his experience in both customer service and technology to drive the Service Desk to deliver excellent support to our clients.
