Phil joined Wavex as the IT Service Manager in 2020. He brings the experience of Service Management with focus on Service Design, Transition and Operations. Prior to joining the firm, he managed a 5-star certified Service Desk and led the Service Transition workstream in a multi-million-pound project for the largest book publishing company in the world.
Phil holds BSc degree in Business Administration and professional qualifications in Project (Prince 2), SDI Service Desk Management, IT Service Management and Design (ITIL). Today at Wavex, he leads the IT Operations with the focus of providing professional service desk service to Wavex clients.
