Most IT services are designed to keep the lights on

Define the strategic objective

Buying or replacing a CRM is not an IT strategy. The strategy is the combination of technology, process, data, people and measurement required to improve growth performance.

Any IT provider can close tickets. Strategic enablement is harder.

AI adoption requires strategy, not just tools

An organisation may set an objective to"adopt AI", but that is not sufficiently specific.
