There are various devices that allow your network to work, your printers to be accessible from many computers and devices which connect your company to the outside world. Wavex will look at these devices, ensure they are sufficient for your current and future needs.
- Wavex will look at your hubs/switches, these devices allow your computers, servers and printers to communicate to each other.
- Wavex will also look at your current ADSL/Leased line router, is there a backup if it fails, is it still supported?
- Do you use wireless devices? Are you likely to use these? Wavex will look at your office environment to understand if this option is viable or required.
- Some of our clients suffer from occasional and unpredictable downtime due to certain IT components needing replacement.
Wavex will recommend which standard network components you may want to keep on hand such as data storage tapes, network cards, etc. which in the event of failure, you can be sure of minimal downtime.
