Critical Systems Review

Given the dramatic increase in viruses affecting companies (even those thought to be well protected) and those companies reporting a lack of confidence in the integrity of their data back-ups, a number of Wavex clients are requesting a Critical Systems Maintenance review ("CSMR"). Under the circumstances, Wavex has decided to make this available to all their clients and potential clients.

The CSMR is designed to ensure that processes are in place which limit the risk of data loss, virus infection and network intrusion. In addition, during the CSMR we will take the opportunity to ensure that your company is properly licensed which is important due to the higher incidence of software licensing checks by the Federation Against Software Theft ("FAST"), for which penalties are now being actively levied.

The CSMR will also focus on opportunities to improve business efficiency through IT and technology in general, e.g. if remote working is becoming a larger feature of your working methodology, we can implement this or improve this for you. If you are heavily reliant on Web Hosting or Internet connectivity, Wavex can monitor these services for you. The key is for us to understand how your business is using IT and technology in general.
