NETi has been written to ensure installation is as easy as possible. Simply download the file which contains both the console application (setup_s) and the client or agent (setup_a). Install the console application on the machine you wish to use to query your network, and install the client on your other PCs.

Updates

On some machines, mainly those that do not have Internet Explorer 4 or 5 installed, you may need an update performed. Download the following Microsoft update to perform these updates.

Service Packs

Every effort is made to ensure NETi is bug free, which means our service packs usually only contain new and improved features.

However, If you should discover a bug with NETi, please inform us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem within 7 days. Alternatively, check our problem page to ensure the installation has been performed correctly.
