1. Working in IT support for a number of years, it became apparent that there was no application available to offer the functions and scalability required to streamline the support process.

2. So, we developed our own. NETi is a sophisticated network management tool, currently running on tens of thousands of machines worldwide, written with one focus in mind. Reduce the time it takes to diagnose and solve IT problems.

3. NETi was first publicly displayed at the Microsoft eNTerprise exhibition, having its own dedicated stand.
