Role

Gavin is the founder of Wavex, and CEO. He is responsible for all of engineering, support & customer service and operations aspects of the business. Many of the systems and methodologies that are used by Wavex and clients were developed by Gavin personally.

I believe a company and its brand is an extension of the personality, morality, and ethics of its management. The Wavex team is united in their belief that a successful business can be run through honesty and transparency which extends beyond staff values, but to customer communications and uniquely, our sales process.

Wavex has some of the most innovative solutions to help businesses, however, one of the aspects of which I am most proud is our honest approach to supporting our customers, to apologise when mistakes are made, and empathically see problems from a customer’s perspective.
