We have been with Wavex for the past 4 years during which time they have provided us with their Full Support Service and supplemented our in-house development team to manage our IT. As such, we rely on Wavex to ensure we have 24/7/365 access to our network and also to understand our business to ensure that they are aligned with our other systems and information providers as well as our staff; this they do well.
