She holds a MSc degree and CIPD professional qualifications bringing over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition. Today, as the Recruitment Manager and the HR Business Partner, Magdalena steers on best hiring practices and talent strategies, focusing on quality and fairness. She is a key member of the team driving and promoting the Wavex’s commitment in building diverse teams, and an inclusive place of work. She supports the business with the delivery of wider strategic initiatives and remains dedicated to developing agile performance management, staff development and career progression frameworks, creating value for the employee and for Wavex.
