engineer to help you through any problems.

solve many problems from our office. If you are
using Wavex's bespoke NETi
software, most problems can be diagnosed and identified,
as well as events automatically relayed to Wavex.
If
a fix is not possible via telephone or dial-in
methods a Wavex engineer will be despatched
to site to resolve the problem. Because Wavex
is supported by Microsoft, in the unlikely event
that our engineers can not solve the problem,
it will be escalated to Microsoft*.

detect problems on your network, compare the
configuration and software installed of all

reports about application usage, file distribution
