When you are at your desk, simply plug it into your PC to synchronise your mailboxes, calendar and contacts. Then, when you are away from your desk out and about, your mail server will push a copy of your incoming e-mails out to the Blackberry handheld where you can read and reply to them, check your calendar, make or amend appointments and even use it as your mobile phone hand-set. Please be advised however, for the purposes of the free trial, phone calls are not included and if you do use your Blackberry to make any, you will be charged extra for that service. For the free trial, you'll receive 5 handsets and a copy of the server software, for which you do need a dedicated server (which can simply be a low spec desktop PC).
