Wavex support model

  1. Wavex support works because its simple.

  2. We are so confident with our service we allow our customers a month trial, canceling the contract at any time during the trial. (And after that, at only 3 months notice.)

  3. As part of the service offering we install a hardware firewall and remote access solution. This protects you from hackers, is used by us to securely access your site and can also be used by any workers you wish to work remotely and still have access to office email/files.

  4. We install our acclaimed NETi management software on every machine. This provides us with the ability to remotely solve most problems in minutes. Because we developed the software, we don't pass the cost onto our clients.

  5. We setup access to our Intranet, providing a great wealth of services and access to your office resources.

  6. All inter-site communications are carried out over a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network).

  7. We install our own server management system on your servers, this monitors all the events, disk activity and network status. Events are automatically prioritised informing the appropriate Wavex engineer.

  8. Of course you can always phone our helpdesk, email us or if you have the patience, write to us.

  9. And all of this takes a couple of hours!

And it will only takes about an hour (depending on the complexity of your site) to setup everything! You could become a valued Wavex customer within the next couple of days. We support customers with anything from 5 to several hundred users.
