Complete server monitoring

One of the big difficulties as a support company is making sure we are aware of every single problem. Often server problems start small and can end in complete system failure.

To address this issue, we have written our complete server monitoring solution. This is a service that quickly installs on any server, runs as a service and pushes all events to a central database.

The central database has an ever increasing knowledge of problems and is able to immediately prioritise issues for IT administrator.

The solution provides a single web page which presents all servers on which the monitor is running, their network setup details, available disk space and the ability to drill-down to see all the important events coloured depending on urgency. It also provides the step by step methods to resolve many issues.
