Wavex invests a lot into it's staff. We encourage each person to push themselves, excel in specific technologies, develop as a person (not just as an engineer). But when we're not working, we like to let our hair down (those of us with hair!)..

Wavex raises money for heart disease in the "London to Brighton" cycle ride (we've done it for 3 years now!). In fact, because so many people cycle to and from Wavex we built a cycle room in the office. We also have a shower room.
