Peter Sweetbaum, Managing Director. Peter has been Managing Director of Wavex since October 2002 since which time the company has maintained accelerated growth in all aspects of the business. He has been involved in the technology industry for 6 years in a range of innovative, high growth environments and has been involved with the broadband industry from its beginnings, with responsibility for the development and launch of broadband access and content services in six European countries. Peter is also a qualified lawyer and investment banker with significant corporate finance experience gained in leading law firms and investment banks in London.

Gavin Russell, Technology Director. Gavin founded Wavex in 1998 having gained extensive technical, operational and IT service experience managing IT systems and leading teams at AT&T. Having identified fundamental flaws with conventional methods for providing support, Gavin remodelled the ethos and systems behind providing outsourced IT support to companies. This work culminated into the vastly superior service offering provided by Wavex today. In addition to driving Wavex's products and services development, Gavin is also instrumental in operational and technical management of our service delivery.

Mark Williams, Client Services Director. Mark has managed service delivery for Wavex since joining the company in [March 2001]. His background in technology, marketing and operations has enabled him to have a clear understanding of the needs of our customers and ensuring that our service delivery more than meets client expectations. His professional experience started with a law firm as Practice Marketing Manager for 4 regional offices. Following this he worked in New York returning to the UK as Regional Marketing Manager for F5 Networks where he developed the UK marketing operation and assisted in the overall EMEA marketing strategy.
